CNM offers a wide variety of learning programs offered throughout the year. We try to offer programming based on your needs — always keeping in mind to help build the leadership capacity of our neighborhood nonprofits. Our signature program is the monthly BreakFACTS series. It is a monthly training program geared towards a specific learning goal for the staff, volunteers, and board members of regional nonprofits in attendance. CNM offers other specialty programs throughout the year, including a board development series, leadership programs, and executive peer coaching. Individualized consulting and facilitation services are also available. Lastly, the staff at CNM conduct periodic research and regular needs assessment on the the region’s nonprofit sector.
CNM works closely with the local organizations and Stonehill College students to develop meaningful internship programs and placements that benefit all parties involved. CNM also runs the Developing Fundraising Leaders Institute, a special program that trains students in fundraising and development and subsequently places them in development internships at nonprofit organizations.
Want to research grant opportunities? Look into peer organization strategies? Have specific management questions that need answers? CNM runs an active Resource Room to help nonprofits in the region to help! The Resource room is staffed by the Resource Room interns and is equipped with a multitude of premier nonprofit management resources, including grant research software. After an introductory Resource Room Orientation individuals can schedule appointments to use the room as much as necessary.
The resource room that nonprofits have loved at CNM is now accessible online through the Virtual Resource Room!
